I put the WORD to work:
As you read this, I suggest what I did, such as the following. I found the promises that covered my situations, and I fed my Spirit and soul on them; I wrote down the verses, I read and meditated on them like chewing like a cow chewing the grass that produces milk for my loved ones and children and gives the sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving. I muttered it, meditating day and night.
The God we know through Christ Jesus is a God of promise. His promises are unmerited favour, grace, mercy, prosperity, and blessings. Some are conditional, some are unexplainable, but all result from grace through faith.
His promises are guaranteed through the total victory that Christ won for us on the cross of Calvary. In Christ alone, we find fulfillment of each promise and become recipients of His grace in Him.
As a believer in Jesus Christ, you are the righteousness or right standing with God, a child of God, and an heir to all His precious promises.
It’s like an inheritance you might receive. You must acknowledge and claim these promises before they can become effective in your life.
This book contains God’s testament to you. There are lists of inheritance, blessings, and gifts you are entitled to as God’s child.
As I write, I sometimes read repeatedly, meditate day and night, and ponder, for faith comes from hearing. The hearing comes from the Word of God so that you can comprehend the importance of all that has been inherited. This is also true of God’s Word. As you become a doer on God’s promises, the reality of all He wants to give you will saturate your spirit in your inner man. This will provide you with boldness and confidence to believe, claim, decree, receive, and confess to think and claim each promise.
However, God’s promises have certain conditions that must be met before they will be granted and manifested. As you study each promise carefully, take note of any qualifying conditions. However, you may need to change your life to meet God’s requirements and receive His blessings. I called it renewing your mind and transformation. Don’t be discouraged. Your faith Father has promised to help and change you by His Spirit.
What do you need today? Healing, peace, prosperity, love, joy, protection, hope, and more? Begin to dig the sparkling gems of the Word of God. Start reading this book when you have your greatest need, and take hold of God’s promises. Acknowledge them as your inheritance, claim them as your own, and receive them into your life.
God wants to give His children good things and a personal treasury of prosperity and blessings as a loving Father. When you reach out and claim what the Father has so lovingly given you. You declare, decree, and claim the things. It will be established. You speak the Word of God out loud.
