Understanding Salvation: A Journey of Faith

WHAT IS SALVATION?

Before I write this blog, I would like to discuss “salvation” first because it’s essential to introduce the Lord. To truly appreciate the depth of our faith, we must understand what salvation entails and how it transforms our lives. You have to know Him first, as a personal relationship with the Lord is the foundation of our spiritual journey. We must see the Person we want to PRAISE, adoration, worship, and thank for our prayers, recognizing His infinite wisdom and boundless love. It is crucial to reflect on the ways in which His grace impacts our everyday lives, guiding us through challenges and illuminating our paths. Only through this understanding can we fully embrace the joy and hope that comes from a life devoted to Him.

SALVATION PRAYER

I confess and declare, FATHER God, I am a sinner and believe that the Lord JESUS Christ died for my sins on the cross, was raised from the dead, and rose again.  JESUS, I make You the Lord of my life and will follow You forever. Thank you for coming into my heart and being my Savior.

I declare with my mouth that JESUS IS LORD, And believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead so that I may be justified and made righteous through faith in Him. I call upon JESUS Christ to be my Saviour and Lord of my life. I ask that You fill me with the power of the Holy Spirit. I am a born-again child of God. I am saved in JESUS’ name. Amen.

Congratulations on your journey as a born-again Christian! This transformative experience signifies a new beginning in your spiritual life, one filled with hope and renewal. Each of these interactions serves as a meaningful connection, and I sincerely hope that you are among those who find inspiration and encouragement here.

There are composed of Trinity, the FATHER, JESUS, and the Holy Spirit, but you have to be saved. First, baptism and other aspects of our Christian life, you can understand what I am trying to write.

The word saved is strange. They don’t understand what they get saved from when they give their lives to God. Nobody doesn’t like hell; of course, some people don’t know about hell and heaven. Hell is hot, and nobody wants to go there. Beyond that, we get saved from the terrible feeling of being separated from God. This separation hurts us the most in this life.

Before JESUS died for our sins on the cross, sin caused a separation between God and humankind. So, the sin separation was like a thick wall that kept us from quickly accessing the FATHER (God). When we accept JESUS, that wall crumbles, and suddenly we no longer separate from our FATHER.

God made us. We’re His children, and we’re created to communicate with Him. As you read the book of Genesis, you can read about how Adam spoke with God freely. This was before sin came into the earth. As you read, God figuratively walked in the Garden of Eden with a man in the cool of the day! When the wall of sin came down, that messed up the world.

God is in Heaven. But He is still our FATHER and doesn’t want us to be like many orphans wandering around without knowing who our FATHER is. If we’re separated from God, we’re alone. This separation gives people the feeling that they have nothing in their lives and are void, leaving them in a state of existential uncertainty. The void and emptiness are merely life without God; that’s why someone can be in a room or somewhere full of people or have a family the size of Australia and still be lonely and completely alone. It is this profound disconnect that manifests as an aching yearning for connection, a deep desire for understanding and belonging, which earthly relationships often fail to satisfy. No matter the number of faces surrounding us or the laughter that fills the air, the absence of divine presence leaves a gaping chasm in our hearts, one that only the loving embrace of our FATHER can truly fill, reminding us of our inherent worth and the beautiful purpose waiting to be discovered within a life rooted in faith.

If you feel that emptiness and nothingness consuming your spirit, you need God to eliminate it and fill your heart with purpose and joy. By simply accepting that you need Him in your life, believing in His plan of salvation through Jesus Christ, and releasing your life into His hands, you open yourself to a journey of spiritual fulfillment and transformation. This act of surrender allows you to let go of the burdens that weigh you down, giving way to a profound sense of peace and belonging that only a relationship with the divine can provide. In embracing this connection, you begin to experience a shift in your perspective, guiding you toward a brighter future filled with hope and love.

Now, if you didn’t have a FATHER who hung around or known since you were born, let me give you some words of peace. When you do this, you’ve got a good FATHER in God. He is not an abuser or a loser.

JESUS OUR LORD AND SAVIOR

JESUS IS LORD! Now, there’s a familiar phrase. We hear it a lot. We declare it every day on the Believer’s Voice of Victory broadcast and in magazines. It’s included in a letter from Kenneth Copeland every month. It’s also in their logo on their platforms in their Convention, Conferences, Books, and all of their resources. I’ve been partnered with them for so many years, and it has become my “MOTTO and THEME.” Wherever I go, I mention this “JESUS IS LORD.” It became part of me and the BLESSING WORD in which I made capital letters. Reading their article, the FATHER spoke to Brother Kenneth Copeland many years ago. He gave him authorization and mandate to proclaim “JESUS IS the LORD” from the top of this world to the bottom and all the way around. It becomes so familiar that sometimes we lose sight of what the Lord means.

The word LORD is used over 700 times in the New Testament. It is a title that deserves tremendous honor. It carries with it the idea of supreme authority.

Acts 10:36 says He is Lord of all. Revelation 19:16, figuratively or shouts from the page. “And He hath a name written on his vesture and thigh, KINGS OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.”

In Philippians 2:9-11, it says, God hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: that at the name of JESUS every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the world; and that every tongue should confess that JESUS Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the FATHER.”

The two essential questions stay on. Is JESUS our personal Lord? He is the ruler of all. His name is above every name.

As Christ died and He rose again, He might meet man’s need for a new Lord. Romans 14:9 says, “For to this end Christ died and lived again that he might be Lord both the dead and the living.” Therefore, when a man confesses the Lordship of JESUS, he is delivered from Satan’s authority into Christ’s authority. Every spiritual blessing now centers on the personal Lordship of Christ over a man’s life.

Call JESUS “My LORD” to acknowledge His deity, His union with the FATHER, and our union with Him. The more we realize the importance of JESUS as our personal Lord and Saviour, the more of the abundant life, prosperity, and blessing- the good life we will live here on earth. JESUS has supreme authority over the universe and His right to rule our lives.

Every Christmas, the time of festival every year, we receive by faith JESUS’ Anointing to be your Lord and Saviour. So, we make a new dedication to walk in all God did when He sent JESUS to the earth on our behalf. That’s the reason why we celebrate Christmas Time.

POWER OF THE NAME OF JESUS

When you have the authority to use the name of Jesus in faith, everything that is named, whether you’re in trouble or full of problem issues that are called, has to bow. If you think of it, somebody is big standing there in person. The enemy of God messed up when he put a name on your problems such as cancer, poverty, fear, anxiety, worries, financial lack, health, and so forth has to bow, oppression has to bow, and every name that is named has to bow! (Philippians 2:10-11 says, “That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in Heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”

In Ephesians 1:19-22, 2:6, “What is the exceeding greatness of His power to usward who believe, according to the working of His mighty power.

Which He wrought in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and set Him at His right hand in the heavenly places.

Far above all principality, and power; and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world but also in that which is to come:

And hath put all things under His feet and gave Him to be the head over all things to the church.

And hath raised us together, and make us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

Folks! You are seated with Christ. You are blessed with full authority to use His name to bust the devil’s head back into dust. Now, keep busy seeking God! Dig more into the Bible about the Word of God.

When you confess: JESUS, You’re my Savior, my Deliverer, and my Rescuer. Thank you that you have rescued me from eternity in hell. JESUS, You are my Redeemer so that I can walk in the BLESSING daily. JESUS, YOU ARE MY LORD, MY SUPREME MASTER, AND RULER, JESUS. I NOT ONLY ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR RANK AND AUTHORITY AND SUBMIT TO YOUR AUTHORITY IN THE NAME OF JESUS RIGHT HERE ON EARTH, JESUS, BUT YOU ARE ALSO MY PROTECTION OVER EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING IN MY LIFE. MY GOD, REFUGE, FORTRESS, DEFENDER, SHELTER, MY PLACE OF SAFETY, SHIELD, DELIVERER, HEALTH, HABITATION, REST, PEACE, TOWER OF STRENGTH, AND SALVATION (PSALM 91).

As E.W Kenyon writes, “every unsaved man and woman living in the bondage of spiritual death now has a legal right to the Love-Lordship of Christ over his life. The Lordship of Christ means a New Nature, a New Family, a New Friend.”

If we know that JESUS Christ died for us, saved and redeemed us. As your Lord and Savior, we just thank Him for what He does for you and me. We must realize how much He loves us and wants to do in our lives. JESUS is our personal Lord and Savior, Master and soon coming King.
