David ends this psalm:” The Lord liveth; blessed be my rock, and let the God of my salvation be exalted. It is God that avengeth me and subdueth the people under me. He delivereth me from my enemies; yea, thou liftest me up above those that rise against me; thou hast delivered me from the violent man. Therefore, will I give thanks unto thee, O Lord, among the heathen, and sing praises unto thy name. Great deliverance giveth him to his king; and showeth mercy to his anointed, to David, and his seed always” (Ps. 18:46-50).

David ended this prayer the right way with THANKSGIVING! How about you? Every time I get up in the morning. I say, “Thank you, Lord.”

THANKFUL TO REMEMBER WHAT GOD HAS DONE

When I was facing a problem with certain things, I recently got this answered prayer that came to pass. I was back in writing regarding my loved one and stomach issues. When I think of it, I was being helped, delivered from spiritual bondage, aches and pains, internet problems, and other matters. You see, we should be preparing for the finished work of Jesus in the Calvary. It has nothing to do with our self-performance, efforts, and struggles to get attention to God by praying, “God help me!” I prayed, anticipating it would be answered quickly, like our perfect will and timing. But low and behold, it’s not our way but God’s way.

The stomach issue took me a while to heal. It took seven months to recover. Since 2003, I’ve never had any headaches, stomach pain, flu, or other sicknesses. But in June 2021, I suddenly had this strange, nagging pain. I thought, how come I got these problems? I never had this before. I have another story about this as you read it further.

My faith stretched, so I thought God might not hear me. Then, the suddenly, quietly, gradually, and silently. I said, “Hey God, I have no more pain.” Something happens. He touches me! That’s a miracle! Of course, I would say if God healed me before, He would heal me again! If I would think of it, I was being scanned, tested, and examined. Then, the nagging pain still lingers on. The doctor got confused. Why? So, the last sort was giving me the “Gastroscopy or Endoscopy” test. But I still believe I would heal this time because God loves me, and I know that! I got healed and whole.

Finally, I got scheduled for the procedure. After the check-up Procedures, I was so happy to know the results as the Endoscopist specialist doctor told me, “Roselyn, All Is Well; the results are good and normal.” The report indicated the cleaned photos and stated “no cause of the symptoms.” Even after that check-up, I keep declaring and decreeing the Word of God about healing. Since I am in the Word of God, I got healed with other health issues, aches and pain, diabetes, glaucoma, lumbar spine-much better, and other physical problems. The same thing with my husband when it comes to physical issues. Isaiah 53:5 (NKJV) says, “God’s will is that we are healed. “But He was wounded for our transgressions, and He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes, we are healed.”
