PROPHECY, THE STORY OF THE LAME MAN
On September 6, 2019 (Friday). While my husband and I were sleeping in the night. Miracles happen when the landline phone has rung. I got startled and got up. My husband said to me, “probably a wrong number.” But, the ringing of the phone suddenly stopped. So, I got back to bed. Suddenly, I had this sound in our bedroom. The room has the color blue near the phone table. Is this a dream or not? I heard a voice, “it’s in the Blood of JESUS, it’s in the Name of JESUS, and it’s in the Word of God.” It’s a voice that I heard. It’s a blue color, like the Hillsong pulpit background. So, I woke up. At that time, I was reading a book by Jerry Savelle about angels.
Then I went back to sleep. So, I never said anything to my husband because he couldn’t understand and had not spiritually discerned. I just kept it to myself.
Then, three days after (September 9, 2019), I went to the local Hillsong Church to attend the worship service on Sunday. I sat in my favorite chair next to the aisle in the second row. I seemed to sit there whenever I participated in the church, and it seemed very special to me as or anointing place.
I got revelation knowledge when the preacher and pastors preached. I took notes whenever they preached as if they were talking to me. It just hits me. This time, I was more attentive and took notes of whatever I heard from them.
At that time, my sister-in-law had a problem, and she couldn’t walk like she was crippled because she had health problems. So, she was examined by the doctors and went through testing. Since she lives in the Philippines, I just know her condition if I phone. But, I intensely prayed for her to get healed using the Word of God for healing and deliverance. Also, I asked the ministries by phone to pray as an agreement for her recovery.
During the Hillsong Church (Sunday), the local church worship service. I saw this background like the one in my dream color, blue. I knew it every time, but I discovered it was precisely my dream’s description a few nights back. The pastor went to the pulpit and podium, bringing his Bible. Then suddenly, he pointed his finger in my direction where I was setting. He didn’t know me, and I didn’t know him either. But I know him later on through Remy-one of the deacon. His name is Pastor Brad.
He said, “What’s your name? I said, “Roselyn, As he told me, “I have got a message for you from the Lord. Please stand up! Are you the one who has a relation who’s in trouble with her right leg and couldn’t walk?”(see Acts 3:2-4).
I answered. “Yes!” When I think of it, how come he knows?
As he continued, I had a vision. JESUS passed by in the pool and heard your prayer and cry. He saw your relative, who is she, what’s her name, you’re praying for her.
I said, “Gloria Montecerin, my sister-in-law who’s admitted to the hospital. He said she couldn’t walk because of her leg. I said yes! He said, “JESUS passed by and saw her because of your prayer. He works in the miracle. Your prayer has been answered.”
So, Pastor Brad opened his hands and prophesied that your hand Roselyn had been anointed with oil. So, your prayers have been answered. She’s well. I saw in my vision that your writing had been anointed with oil. I can see the lamp burning with oil. You have got the power and authority on your hands.”
So, I was ordained as a vessel of honor. He called me to do the works of His Son by grace. And the anointing of Christ within me. I desire to believe, beyond my natural reasoning, that I can do all I have been equipped to do. Therefore, it’s a big decision to step into my destiny by stepping away from doubt, fear, and rationalization. I choose a lifestyle of fundamental and radical divine encounters, which pours out through me with incredible grace and glory.
Now, I look for opportunities and a chance to release my heart to the world as a witness of God. I get excited when I see myself working through me as a vessel of honor that I prepared to be bold and compassionate, allowing miracles of love to be seen through my life towards others. This is my destiny, and discover the strength of His eternal love; all that is within me will be transformed. God longed to have His people who reflect the glory of His Son, JESUS. This is His glory and joy. This is my destiny, for I shall delight the Lord for He gives me the desire of my heart.
When I talked to him, I told him about this story while in Hillsong Church, being prophesied that she would get healed. Therefore, this is my testimony to all of you that JESUS still heals today, for He is alive.
When the prophet is talking to us, I suggest you be attentive and take notice; note it down. I usually take notes in my prayer time in the closet if I have no time to write them down during the service. According to Pastor Benny Hinn, you remember them every time if it’s a prophecy. So, even if I didn’t get it all, I still remember in my memory as the Holy Spirit gives me remembrance whether they said it or incomplete while you’re taking notes and missing out on some. I am discussing the vision more because it edifies, exhorts, encourages, enlightens, and inspires you to confront adversities. It makes you strong to face the battle, and we can’t see our enemies. (See Ephesians 6). I just read it this morning to remind me to write it in this book, mind you, twice!) It just flipped the page in front of my prayer time.
So, if you heard from the Prophets (women and men of God), it’s your revelation, not for the others. It means the Lord is speaking to you. So, you must pay attention or write down what you can remember. The others or people around you may not wholly be heard from the prophets because this is your revelation and Rhema. It’s between you and God.
Romans 10:17 teaches us that faith comes from hearing God’s word (NKJV). This verse does not refer to God’s written Word but the spoken Word. It is the original Greek language of the New Testament. In other words, when we hear from God, faith fills our hearts. We had to hear from God every time.
Back to the church…He asked the whole people in the church to stand up and pray as an agreement. I counted the church chairs numbered 250, not counting who was not sitting in the chairs. Just more or less.
By the way, Hillsong Church is a worldwide church. The Hillsong Church that I attended is just a tiny branch in the district as the local church. But Sydney is the head church which is composed of more than thousands. There are many branches throughout the states of Australia. Most of these church members or those who attend belong to various Christian denominations. There is no such thing as discrimination. All are welcome.
Back to the prophecy…As I could see, the whole church members stood up, and some raised their hands toward me as they prayed. Moreover, as witness and prayer agreement, the members I know and contact came to lay on hand or raise their hands towards me by touching my shoulder, back, or point of contact. In the meantime, I was astonished, surprised, and amazed. I was shaken and almost cried. But, though, I held it back. The pastor’s wife (Elida) came to hug me and pray. That’s when I put my head on her shoulder as entering into my rest. I sighed, “It’s a long journey; I am tired.” As usual, she prayed for me and laid on hand for those I know or setting closed by Lyn B. Ursula, Remy, Amanda, Gail, Kylie, and the rest of the congregation were praying as agreement and witness. This is also part of being ordained as the vessel of honor.
This special event in my life was very remarkable. Every time I had problems and discouragement. I may be tired. When I faced a battle and other issues, this prophecy made me stir up my faith and fight a good fight of faith. I could say that prophecy was a divine ordained for my divine mission and assignment by writing and publishing the book.
After the worship service, I went to him for advice personally to ask for prayer about my land in the Philippines. Somebody was interested in buying (just a proposal) to give me the wisdom. I couldn’t talk to him more about my sister-in-law because they underwent a medical test and procedure.
Months after, I met his wife and Pastor Brad for another Worship service at Hillsong Church; I told them about my dreams on September 6, 2019, before being prophesied by him. I also told him about my divine encounter that night and explained what happened; that confirms that incident during his sermon and the prophecy he gave me. He said it was JESUS’s voice, not me, as I remember.
I prayed intensely without ceasing that she would be healed almost two years ago. So, after two years of being diagnosed with cancer, she’s again being admitted to the hospital for some reason. One of the doctors says to my brother. “Do you remember me? Did I tell you when I diagnosed your wife two years ago that she had stage 4 cancer and that she would have a few weeks to live? She is still alive after those years, and the others are gone already, but she is still here.” It was so amazing to hear that inspiring word from the doctor. As he told me, “I thought I was already a widower two years ago.”
Yes, I did write this testimony in my journal book. Why didn’t I worry and be anxious about it? Because Pastor Brad was prophesied by September 9, 2019, she’d get healed. The Lord led me to write this so those who have suffered from terminal illnesses will also have hope. Hope is the anchor of our soul. I keep repeating this prophetic word to my brother for HOPE. If we keep hoping, JESUS said, “If you have faith as a mustard seed…nothing will be impossible for God.
You may be in the bottomless hole of your life. But if the Word says you have hope, then glorify God. As you may think, your circumstances are tearing you apart. But, I will give you hope to look forward to. Your circumstances are not the problem. All circumstances, I don’t care what you are, must bow their knees and submit to the Name of JESUS and the Word of God when faith, hope, and love bear on them.
Upon writing this today, this prophecy was years ago. It was when Gloria finally went with the Lord a few months ago. After that prophecy from Pastor Brad, when I talked to her over the phone, she happened to be in the hospital. She told me that JESUS was touching her forehead while lying on the bed. She said, “Roselyn, “I surrendered to the Lord and am ready whenever possible.” She is a born-again Christian.
